Two years ago I was in the studio screaming my lungs out for a new animation (and company) whose gorgeous pictures I had instantly fallen in love with. With animation being the long game it is, it only debuted at this year's Galway Film Fleadh, some 2+ years later.
And as gorgeous as it was back then, as a rough, half-finished guide, it's even more special now, which is probably why it won Best Animated Sequence at the festival, and well-deserved, too. I love all aspects of my job as a voice-over artist, but this job was one that really got under my skin so I am doubly proud of its success. A big congratulations to Sean Mullen, Ben Harper, Alex Sherwood and Daniel Spencer from Giant Animation who created it, and to Paul Lynch of Mutiny who was the sound master. Here's to more great things from Giant to come! Watch the trailer for GEIST here - GEIST TRAILER from Giant Animation Studios on Vimeo.
