Extraordinary.

So I shouldn't have favourites as a voice over but working on animation is the best bit of my job hands down. It's the most active and offers the most creative freedom, plus you get to see yourself in a glorious technicolour cartoon sheath - a dream come true.

I voiced the character of commanding and adventurous #girlboss Amelie for Lux Vide's 'The Extraordinary Adventure of Jules Verne' and loved it.

Here is a clip of the sort of shenanigans we got up to during recording. This scene was actually filmed on location in a cave in Scotland. We were in the water for about three hours, and had rope training classes to accurately recreate the sound of the efforts. It was a miracle none of us caught pneumonia!* You won't believe how we filmed the scenes with Captain Nemo! Talk about taking your foley seriously.
